Beachy Head Peace Path - Easy Access Trail
The Peace Path is a 750 metre circular route starting opposite the main Beachy Head car park and leading to a viewpoint on the Head. This is one of several trails in the South Downs suitable for people with impaired mobility, wheelchairs, mobility scooters and push chairs.

Amenities available on route: The Countryside Centre (01323 737273) is open from 10.00am to 4pm, 7 days a week, weekends only during winter. It is free to enter the shop and gallery, donations are accepted for the exhibition.
Refreshments are available at the Beachy Head Pub which is open all day, 7 days a week.
Public and disabled toilets are next to the car park.
How to get there: Bus information: Number 33 operates during the summer, leaving Eastbourne pier for Beachy Head every half an hour every day. 713, a Sunday only service operates on the Beachy Head coast road. Traveline 0870 608 2608 for details.
Train information: National Rail 08457 484950.
By car: Take the A259 for Eastbourne and follow signs for ‘Beachy Head’. A pay and display system operates in the car park and the lay-bys. Disabled badge holders and local
residents with current residents leisure cards can park for free. Beachy Head Pub car park is for patrons only.
